We are based on the Sunshine Coast, building in the Sunshine Coast region and hinterland. In addition, we build in Gympie to the north and Bribie Island to the south.

Yes, we offer the flexibility to build owner designs. We also welcome changes to our selection of home plans to suit the needs of each owner that we build for. Yes, our sales consultants have home and land packages available at various estates across the Sunshine Coast and can tailor a package to suit your needs.
DOES MORCRAFT HOMES OFFER ‘TURN-KEY’ PACKAGES?
Yes, our sales consultants can prepare packages that incorporate everything you will need, so you can simply turn the key in your new Morcraft Home and everything will be taken care of for you. This includes fences, turf, gardens, letterbox, clothesline, window furnishings – the list goes on!
DOES MORCRAFT HOMES HAVE A HOME PLAN SUITABLE FOR MY BLOCK OF LAND?
Yes, at Morcraft Homes we have home plans for luxury waterfront homes, double-storey homes, single-storey homes, split-level homes, duplex homes, small lot homes and more. Put simply, we have many home designs available which we can build for you – you are also free to change our plans or we can build your plan! We do not believe in replicating cardboard cut-out housing; rather we believe that each block of land has unique features which need to be incorporated into the design and positioning of the home.
DOES MORCRAFT HOMES BUILD ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOMES?
Yes – Morcraft homes are HIA Greensmart accredited builders. We incorporate energy efficiency into our homes, with solar hot water heating or heat pump included as standard to save on energy use. We design to make use of the natural flow of air to reduce cooling costs, which is enhanced by insulation in the ceiling and walls – all included as standard.
DOES MORCRAFT HOMES USE CYCLONE RODS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES?
Yes! While we could build to N2 W33 standard, we upgrade the protection of your home by building it to N3 W41, including the use of cyclone rods in the construction practices of Morcraft Homes. This is simply another area where Morcraft Homes chooses not to compromise the integrity of your home - we do this by building to a higher standard than required. You get MORE with Morcraft Homes!
